I’ m back! It feels like it’s been forever!

I know it’s only been like three weeks, but that still feels like forever at this point.

So, Devon and I are officially and legally married, we have been to England, and Scotland, and Wales, and Iceland and just had the best time.  These past few weeks have been incredible, I can’t even begin to describe it.

We’ve got home late Saturday night, so the past few days we’ve just been trying to get ourselves back on USA time, and organize our house, get errands run (like getting my name changed in all the places) and just trying to figure out what is what.

I feel like there is so much I want to tell you guys from the past few weeks and it’s all coming soon; I just need to organize it out.  From wedding to where we’ve been, some stuff we’re doing around our home; plus we’ve decided to do some foodie experimenting this summer thanks to a couple of wedding gifts and some new foods we’ve tried recently, so that should be a lot of fun.

One thing that has also taken up a bit of our time recently is; we got our wedding pictures back this past weekend!  They’re all done and they are beautiful.  I keep looking at them because I love them that much.  There are a couple I’m going to have printed and framed for the house.

You all know how much I didn’t want to have pictures done and these turned out beautifully.  I’ll do more on pictures later, but here is a sneak peek at a couple of my favorite portraits of the day:

The sun was fighting us a bit in some of them, but in most of them it made for beautiful lighting.

And I am still absolutely in love with my wedding dress.  It’s the only dress I ever want to wear again.

Anyway, all of this is coming in the next few weeks because I am back, excited, re-energized, less stressed and just ready to give this place the love it deserves again.
